what you’ll learn
At RailsMMA, we offer weekly introduction classes in striking, grappling, BJJ and strength and conditioning.
We place a great emphasis on learning the fundamentals of movements and techniques, so injury is avoided and skill progression and fitness happens in the right way.
Our introduction classes are run slowly, at 10% intensity, so that everyone can understand the movements, without feeling out of their depth.
