GRAPPLING
Rail's MMA's grappling program is perfect for beginners or experts. Our grappling classes include aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, free style wrestling and MMA wrestling to give you a complete package of grappling skills. You probably have already seen some of our great content about takedowns and submission so come down to the gym and learn it for yourself, you'll be tapping out opponents in no time!

Raphael is also a BJJ brown belt with and absolute killer in no-gi competition. Raph now runs group and 1-on-1 classes for members at Rails MMA
