For those looking to step up their training, RailsMMA offers 1 on 1 training classes with head trainer and professional fighter, Raphael Scott.

6 week transformation PROGRAM

Our course focuses on participants' mental and physical well-being over the course of 6 weeks, helping them fast-track their progression to see results sooner.

Head trainer Raphael Scott will conduct a video call to discuss weekly classes, 1 on 1 classes and the 6 week transformation program.

The Team

Raph (Head Coach)

RailsMMA founder and head coach Raphael Scott aka ‘El Cowboy’, has 10+ years in MMA and has a brown belt in BJJ. He heads the gyms programming, runs the lunch and night classes and also offers 1 on 1 sessions.

Mickey (Strength & Conditioning Coach)

Mickey is a professional cross-fit coach and runs the RailsMMA strength & conditioning program, helping fighters get into shape and be more resistant to injuries. He has competed at amateur level MMA.

Pip (Rehab Specialist)

Pip is the RailsMMA rehab specialist, helping our members recover from injuries quickly, using her active movement programs. Pip recently won the Path To Hex MMA Championship and in 2016 won the IBJJF world championship at blue belt level.
